When Christian Schallert isn't cooking, dressing, sleeping or eating, his 24 square meter (258 square feet) apartment looks like an empty cube. To use a piece of furniture, he has to build it.

Located in Barcelona's hip Born district, the tiny apartment is a remodeled pigeon loft. Christian says its design was inspired by the space-saving furniture aboard boats, as well as the clean lines of a small Japanese home.

Many kilometres walked, a lot of worn soles and, believe it or not, a lot of sun. The land of the Alps received NAD/ for four days, in a tour that went far beyond of the simple tasting of the local cheese and chocolate. We visited museums, crossed cities and envied some aspects of the swiss day-to-day.

NAD/ has invaded and infiltrated in the Helvetic republic in a trip that analysed every detail. We even visited tatoo shops... to do what?! Well, that depends on how far can your imagination go.

52 people, 2 cities, 2 countries, 96 hours, sprains, indispositions, animation, laughs, photographies, waking up early (too early), going to sleep late (moderately late) and now a lot of accumulated fatigue. But we are ready for the next one!

In the search for a fibre capable of withstanding outdoor conditions, a revolutionary new fabric has been created that is waterproof, fluff-free, and suitable for everyone, even pets. The fabric is made from recycled polyester thread, offering many possibilities for a rug that can be used both in home interiors and outdoors.

Thanks to the warmth of its soft finish, the 4x4 rug is practical and elegant in all contexts. Due to its texture, however, it also offers a freshness which no rug with these characteristics had managed to achieve until now.

A surprising result.

Called Vague Clock, the analogue timepiece has a squashy cover that hides the time until pressed inwards. The clock is updated by GPS so remains accurate despite the hands being touched. The design concept was awarded at the 2010 Red Dot Awards. “Too much information can put pressure on people,” says Sejoon Kim. “Vague Clock obscures one’s reading of the minute and hour hands to relieve the feeling of having to chase time.”
