Here is another video by Naomie Ross. She explains the letterpress in a very smooth picture. The look and feel is just there, and as you can see you also have some tracking motion in the type. This video seems to have only 15 seconds.
Shot with a Canon 7D.
A work by Andrey Nepomnyaschev, animation a composition, that merges 3D animation with vector animation.
This video, suggested by Nuno Veiga, is an amazing motion work, not only because of the way the managed to create all the ideas for all the 35 movies, but also because of the great, but simple, graphic/motion design.
This style of video is known as “tilt-shift”. The real objects or scenes stay similar to miniatures mock-ups.
Last month I had the chance to attend to the 99% Conference, at NY. It was great to see and ear really interesting people (great Sagmeister, even with a fever), and to be at the lauch (and get one) of the Behance book. It was also great to see the way the designers behind the event worked all the communication. Simple, but great. One exemple of this is the introduction video of the conference.
